Randy Regier, President of Preview Builders International Inc. has 30 years experience in various sectors of the construction industry.  He got his start in Manitoba attending the University of Manitoba and his choice of study included Environmental Studies and Architectural Undergrad.  Randy has worked tirelessly to build an aggressive Design /Build  - Project Management Construction Company uniquely situated in the Fraser Valley.

Gerold Grahn - General Manager & Head Project Manager

Gerold has been with Preview Builders International Inc. since its conception. With over 25 years in the construction industry he brings a vast knowledge of experience within many avenues of each project.

Haney Malek - Ontario Regional Manager

Haney leads the preview Builder International Inc. team out of Mississauga, Ontario. Hany is currently working on two large projects for Chartwell Reit Master Care LP. Overseeing the site construction and supervision on the jobs simultaneously to make certain schedules and budgets are met. With his past experience estimating, Haney works with the trades to negotiate fair contracts that exceed owners expectations.

Charline Giesler - Project Co-ordinator

Charline joined Preview Builders in fall 2008 to assist with the organization and flow of current and new projects. Charline's past construction experience includes working for a fast paced large sprinkler company (Troy) and residential builder that specialized in multi-family dwellings. She is experienced with the Canadian Construction Documents Committee contracts to maintain control and uniformity with each of the sub trades.

Rick Thomson - Lead Project Manager

Rick has been in the construction industry for 23 years. Rick's experience include projects in high-rise, multi-residential, single family dwellings, building envelope commercial construction and property development. In the 8 years of working with Preview Builders, Rick has become highly advanced in the Timberline job costing and estimating software.

Dustin Hall - Assistant Project Manager LEED Specialist

Dustin recently joined the team at Preview Builders to assist in our LEED project for the Sto:lo Nation Resource Centre. The project was  initially targeted to be LEED Silver, but though due diligence is now aiming for LEED Gold certification. His experience working on the site gives him the insight on the needs on sub trades, site supervisors and on site carpenters so the project runs smooth and efficiently.

Jason Dyck - Construction Estimator

Jason joined the team in 2007 as Construction Estimator and Project Manager. His work with computer programs such as Timberline Estimating, Project, AutoCAD and Excel helps to streamline the pre-construction process. Jason brings to the team ten years of experience in construction management and project development.

Peter Vander Helm - Controller

Peter, Preview Builders Controller is our in house accountant who has a solid background in financial management. His role is an essential part of a successful project by keeping control of a number of different reports including job costing.
